Discovery Day is a hands-on, behind-the-scenes illustration of the complete MCC franchise experience. Specially designed for candidates who’ve made it past our initial onboarding phase, Discovery Day allows entrepreneurs to view our cafes in a brand new light––through a business owner’s lens.
It’s a fresh perspective you won’t get anywhere else.
Here’s how it works:
Once you schedule a date for discovery, we’ll take you on a comprehensive walk-through of one of our three major locations. As part of the tour, you’ll visit every corner of the cafe, receiving educational instruction on each piece of equipment, so you can get a feel for how MCC works on a mechanical level.
You’ll also gain invaluable insight regarding:
Our daily operational procedures (such as our standard opening/closing checklists, weekly “to dos,” inventory counts, etc.)
Our POS platform (optimized for maximum efficiency at each production station)
Our rewards program, as well as other proprietary marketing tactics
